Wireless remote controls for hay cranes

Our wireless remote control KranPilot is designed especially for hay cranes and small chain hoists in safety category 2 and offers an interesting alternative to traditional systems. Our excellent wireless range, messages which display the function to be executed and the client-specific solution distinguishes the system from other providers. As standard we deliver the wireless remote controls with a lithium-ion rechargeable battery, a 230V charging device, a transmitter, receiver and antenna. The transmitter is labelled individually by laser and we can also offer optional connecting cables with socket for the controls.

Wireless remote control of an intelligent car barrier

Our client was looking for a solution for safe and efficient testing of car tyres on a closed test track. To ensure that hikers or pedestrians could not interrupt the tests the test track was cordoned off with a barrier. On account of the high test speeds the barrier had to be able to be opened quickly by wireless in difficult terrain. With the help of our MultiPilot wireless remote controls fitted with a front panel mount and rechargeable battery, total automation of the barrier was achieved.

fully automatic pyrolysis system

Our customer is doing pioneering work in this project. The operation of a biogas plant generates large amounts of high-temperature waste heat. Often this heat remains unused because no suitable use can be found nearby. This was also the case with our customer's biogas plant in the past. But now he has developed a plant that uses the waste heat directly to produce valuable raw materials from wood on site. Temperatures between 300-800°C force a thermo-chemical splitting of the organic compounds in the furnace - the so-called pyrolysis. In this way, high-quality coal and other by-products can be obtained from the wood raw material. Meier IoT provided technical support for the entire plant development. An automation system tailored to the plant was developed. All plant values are recorded and visualised on a customer-suitable data portal, and the customer can access all plant values from all devices (laptop, smartphone, tablet). In addition, the data portal has a fault and alarm manager, which informs the customer via SMS or email as soon as something is wrong with the system.
