Control system for small hydropower system
The customer operates his own small hydroelectric power station. His own pond serves as a water source. From there, the water is led to a lower-lying turbine. The electrical energy generated by the turbine is fed into the local power grid. Tailored to the customer's requirements, a control concept was developed which guarantees a cost-effective and simple operation of the hydroelectric power plant. The water level of the pond is monitored by means of float switches via an IoTPilot. The IoTPilot supplies itself with energy around the clock via a solar cell and an integrated battery. The current water level is continuously transmitted to the IoTGateway. One kilometre away from the pond, the gateway automatically controls the operation of the turbine.
Frequency converter pump system with ProfiPilot
When spreading slurry, more and more efficient working with minimum personnel is required. The high-performance pumps at the manure pit or at the manure container supply the drag hose spreader, which is up to several kilometres away, with correctly dosed manure. With our ProfiPilot radio remote control, the user in the drag hose tractor can optimally monitor and operate the pump. The pump pressure, flow rate, container level etc. are transmitted from the pump to the drag hose distributor. The user sees on the monitor the necessary forward speed for the corresponding application (m^3/ha) and can adjust his speed accordingly. In addition, he can control the speed of the pump depending on the circumstances or he can have the pumping capacity regulated automatically on the basis of pressure or flow. The radio remote control is approved for the European market and with an RF link budget of 162 dB it is unrivalled in its range (without line of sight up to 5km). The extremely sensitive radio reception of up to -135dBm is a novelty in radio technology and enables us to cover these extremely long ranges while maintaining the permitted radiated power (500mW).

Wireless remote controls including automation of a pump unit
Our special AgroPilot Multifunktional with integrated emergency controls is very suitable for professional slurry and water pump units. The wireless system controls and steers various sliders for evacuation of the pit or from the water connection and regulates the revolutions of the diesel unit through stepless phases. Various sensors monitor and provide information on the pump status giving the operator an optimal overview of his pump from the tractor or hauling device. Through distance monitoring of the pump unit one can evacuate the slurry or carry out irrigation independently saving both costs and time. With a special wireless system piping systems of up to 3 km are possible without having to dispense with the valuable wireless notifications. We are happy to make you a custom-built solution for optimal pump operations.
Level control for an existing water supply
The existing water supply system has sufficient water for own consumption and can therefore supply part of it to the neighbouring community. To ensure that the own demand is always covered, a special level control between the reservoir and the gate valve shaft is needed. The level is transmitted to the gate valve by radio and if the level falls below a certain threshold, the gate valve closes and no longer supplies water to the neighbouring community. Meier Elektronik AG supplied the entire level control system including radio and installation.

Controls for spiral pumps
Our spiral pump controls start up your motor using a frequency converter or star-delta. We have a large range of standard versions and many additional options. The star-delta standard versions are produced immediately throuogh the exchange of the thermal element the controls can be adapted to a different capacity. This can significantly reduce your stocks. The controls can be combined perfectly with a standard frequency converter and they are adapted perfectly to each other. Furthermore, we offer a standard frequency converter control with three revolutions including wireless remote controls. By changing the revolutions the pressure can be adapted optimally to the terrain and efficiently and rapidly evacuate the slurry pit.
